Class Recommendations

All Global Fitness classes are taught to accommodate all levels of fitness and skill unless otherwise indicated. Our instructors are trained to offer you the most effective workout for the class offered. Note: If you are returning from taking time off due to an injury or are getting back into exercise after a prolonged period of time, we suggest that you consult with your Physician before starting any exercise program.

  • Please bring a towel and water to class. Our group fitness rooms are air conditioned for the benefit of all class participants.
